Partners

The partnership for this Erasmus+ project brings together a diverse and experienced network of organizations from across Europe, each with a long-standing history of working on youth, education, and inclusion projects, especially concerning migrants, refugees, and asylum seekers. This collaboration represents a collective effort to leverage their respective experiences and expertise to address common challenges and objectives within the Erasmus+ framework. Below is a brief description of each partner organization:


  • Povod (Slovenia): An organization deeply involved in international development cooperation, global learning, and humanitarian aid. Povod acts as a national coordinator for the Anna Lindh Foundation, promoting intercultural dialogue and civil society engagement.
  • Deneyimsel Egitim Merkezi Dernegi (Turkey): Focused on experiential learning, this organization brings innovative educational practices to youth work, emphasizing personal and social development through hands-on experiences.
  • IASIS (Greece): Engaged in mental health and social integration, IASIS works closely with vulnerable groups, including migrants and refugees, providing support and advocacy to foster inclusion and well-being.
  • Fundacja Europejski Instytut Outsourcingu (Poland): This foundation specializes in outsourcing and business processes, applying its expertise to create educational opportunities and enhance employability among youth.
  • SWIDEAS AB (Sweden): A social enterprise that focuses on innovation and social impact, SWIDEAS brings expertise in entrepreneurship and sustainability, aiming to empower young people and marginalized communities.
  • PROMETEO (Italy): Engaged in cultural and educational projects, PROMETEO works to promote social inclusion, intercultural dialogue, and lifelong learning among diverse communities.
  • Kogemuskesku MTÜ (Estonia): This organization is dedicated to experiential education and personal development, offering innovative learning opportunities to youth and adults alike.
  • PRISMS (Malta): Specializing in non-formal education and youth empowerment, PRISMS engages in creative and participatory approaches to learning, focusing on social inclusion and cultural exchange.
  • Association Intercultura (France): With a strong commitment to intercultural learning and exchange, this association fosters understanding and cooperation among young people from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Crossing Borders (Denmark): A non-profit organization fostering intercultural dialogue and global citizenship, Crossing Borders empowers youth, educators, and media professionals through education, storytelling, and international collaboration.
  • Lélektér Alapítvány (Hungary): A youth-focused organization promoting community building, personal development, and harm prevention, Lélektér Foundation provides mentoring, training, and online counseling to support young people in Veszprém, with a strong emphasis on social inclusion and integration. 
  • ASSOCIACAO INTERCULTURAL PARA TODOS (Portugal): Committed to social justice, equal opportunities, and economic growth, IAFA fosters intercultural cooperation, youth empowerment, and job creation through education, entrepreneurship, and European programs promoting social inclusion. 
  • Mali Musow ODV (Italy): A women-led organization dedicated to migrant integration, Mali Musow ODV empowers women through education, employment support, cultural exchange, and humanitarian projects, fostering resilience and social inclusion. 
  • Formation et Sensibilisation de Luxembourg (Luxemburg): Focused on education, intercultural dialogue, and social awareness, this organization promotes human rights, civic participation, and migrant integration through international exchanges, research, and cultural initiatives.

Together, these partners form a robust consortium with a shared commitment to enhancing educational opportunities, promoting social inclusion, and fostering active citizenship among youth in Europe and beyond. Their collaboration on Erasmus+ projects reflects a united effort to leverage diverse experiences and expertise towards achieving impactful and sustainable outcomes in youth work and inclusion initiatives.
