YOUTH EMPOWER INTEGRATION

Mobility of Youth Workers project in Slovenia gathered 31 participants from across Europe to focus on improving integration policies for young migrants. Emphasizing the need to overcome language barriers and fight discrimination, the project equipped youth workers with the skills to support migrant integration more effectively. Through hands-on activities, participants learned to navigate multicultural environments and build bridges between different cultures.

MENTORING POWER FOR INTEGRATION

This project aims to train youth workers to mentor and support young migrants in the EU, enhancing their social inclusion. Through a comprehensive training program, 24 participants from partner NGOs will develop skills in mentorship, cultural intelligence, and coordination. The outcome includes better integration of migrants, improved skills among youth workers, and a guide on best practices for wider dissemination and support in migrant assistance.

BRIDGING CULTURES

This project, the third in its series, aims to empower youth workers in supporting young migrants by addressing their housing, healthcare, mental health, and legal challenges. Orchestrated by Povod, Slovenia, and 12 partner organizations across Europe, it focuses on enhancing youth workers' skills through training, workshops, and conferences, thereby fostering effective migrant integration. The initiative seeks to establish a functional mentoring system across 14 countries, promoting best practices for a more inclusive and supportive approach towards migrant integration.
